changes and irritability by regulating oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Vervain is traditionally for its anxiolytic (anti-anxiety)/mood regulating properties as well as an anti-inflammatory helping to reduce painful conditions.

Dosage: Adults – 1 tablespoon 3 times daily
